The owners of this 1+1 design project were two siblings who bought two new houses on different floors of the building as neighbors. Interestingly, the two small families required two kinds of designs corresponding to their individual needs under the same layout of the empty houses.

​In fact, the sister and the brother had similar preferences for "style", and they preferred a warm and refreshing tone.

​

The final construction of the project was also carried out by the same construction team.
