This was an overall renovation project. In the initial proposal, the strategies of the whole case were set. Firstly, we did basic waterproofing and dealt with structural issues, and then used the remaining budget to create the atmosphere and the detailed decoration. We hoped to use the sheet metal to refine the texture of the facade, and then let natural light shed in the darker corner of the townhouse, so that we could create better spaces for the office and the residence.

​Although there are many things to be considered, it is not difficult to realize the entire design if it can be implemented step by step and flexibly.
